At Ishu's Store, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of any delay due to high volume or stock issues, customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp/SMS.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas / Villages: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹99 (or Free shipping on orders above ₹1200)


Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you make the payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking number.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to us.

Reshipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected pin codes.

A small COD handling fee may be applied at checkout.

Please ensure correct mobile number and address for smooth delivery.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Ishu's Store ships only within India. International shipping may be added in the future.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:

Take photos/video of the package and product.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Ishu's Store is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
