1) About us

3) Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example, due to stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel after charging you, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit consistent with our Refund Policy.
4) Pricing, taxes & availability
Prices are shown in [currency] and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees are shown at checkout where applicable.
5) Payments

6) Shipping & delivery
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or lost parcels.
7) Returns, exchanges & refunds
Covered by our Refund Policy above (incorporated by reference). All sales are final except as required by law or as stated for defects/exchanges.
8) Promotions & gift cards
Promo codes can’t be combined unless we say so. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable.
9) Intellectual property
All content on the Site — logos, photos, text, designs — is owned by or licensed to Ishu Store and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
10) User content (reviews, photos)
If you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to applicable law. You warrant you own or have rights to the content you submit.
11) Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site. Prohibited activities include: violating laws, infringing IP, attempting to bypass security, scraping without permission, or interfering with the Site’s operation.
12) Third-party services
We’re not responsible for third-party sites/services linked from our Site. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
13) Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This does not limit statutory warranties that cannot be excluded.
Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography angles and screen settings. We try our best to display the shades accurately, but minor differences may occur.
14) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ishu's Store will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits/revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ishu's Store harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
